Our team of dental experts has years of experience in instructing and mentoring ADC candidates and has a proven track record of success in the current exam pattern. Our goal is to provide the best dental education and support to help ADC candidates achieve their dreams.

Since 2019, Pioneer Academy has earned a reputation as Australia’s top provider of outstanding dentistry education. Despite facing challenges in developing a customised program to support ADC exam preparation, we have successfully created a course that combines practical tips and techniques with theoretical knowledge. Unlike other institutions that offer generic courses within a limited timeframe, we understand the importance of personalising our approach to each student's individual needs. Additionally, we recognise that traditional classroom settings can limit the amount of time available to each student due to class size, which is why we strive to provide individualised attention.

Extract from the Memo – 2019

I passed my ADC exam in 2019 after dreaming of it daily for three years. My journey had setbacks including breakdowns, tears, and feelings of frustration, especially during exam time when I often couldn’t sleep. Throughout my journey, I faced many challenges and setbacks. I experienced feelings of defeat, but I learned to pick myself back up and keep going. After one unsuccessful attempt, I reflected on my approach and realised that my lack of confidence was holding me back more than my knowledge or skills. I came to understand that my only true competition was with myself. I worked on improving my skills every day, and I became more capable through this process.

I know it is hard, but trust me- it’s possible.

I modified some of my techniques while preparing for the recent exam. This covered not only my clinical skills, but also things as simple as how I organize my journey to the exam centre, what I would do and NOT DO a few days before the exam, and even what music I would listen to. I also practised clear communication with friends and non-dental experts to avoid using technical terms. All these holistic approaches boosted my confidence.

My family and friends were my support system during the exam period, which made a big impact. My husband, in-laws, parents, and sisters were all there for me, as well as my dedicated study partner Pujan, who was always available to talk and practice with me since part 1. I want to encourage others that it’s possible to pass the ADC exam through consistent practice and finding effective techniques. All we need is a little patience, consistency, and, most importantly, faith in ourselves.

I understand that ADC coaching can be costly, however, there are cost-effective alternative methods for passing the exam. Identifying one’s strengths and focusing on those during preparation is crucial.
